Richelle Meads new series "Bloodlines" cover revealed!

My favorite books ever are Richelle Meads Vampire Academy series. I almost cried, well actually I did cry last month when the books ended. I absolutely love Rose, Dimitri, Lisa, and Adrian! I can't find anything like her books! Nothing compares to the Vampire Academy! Bloodlines is a spin off of the Vampire Academy, except its all about Sydney the alchemist. I almost died when I saw the new cover! I'm so excited I can't wait to read it! August 23rd can't come soon enough!

Fallen is a story about two star crossed lovers.

Daniel is an immortal who is an angle who waits for Luce, who only comes around every 17 years.

Luce is a 17 year old girl who gets sent to a reform school called Sword & Cross for her senior year. Luce has been seeing dark shadows that have been threatening her, for pretty much her whole life. She meets the handsome Daniel Grigori who she immediately feels tied to somehow. She feels a familiar pull towards him like she’s meet him before. She feels very attracted to Daniel, and she dreams about him all the time, but Daniel wants nothing to do with Luce. Even though Daniel goes out of his way to make it clear that he wants not to do with Luce, she is still so drawn to him. Sword and Cross is a dark dreary place where no cell phones are aloud and no interaction from the outside world.  Although Daniel isn’t interested, a handsome boy named Cam is and makes it known to Luce. Daniel has a secret that Luce is desperate to find out. .

The first two Chapters were addicting but after that it wasn’t as exciting. I really liked Luce and her character and the story unraveling. Personally, I just needed a bit more unraveling to be honest. Some things confused me like why there were angles at Sword and Cross to begin with. However, I did like how there were little hints thrown out there about their past lives together, that was really interesting. The ending confused me when Cam and Daniel shook hands and made an agreement on something.. I thought they were enemies?

I’m going to read the next book because I still have questions that are unanswered. I also want to know why Daniel and Cam shook hands. . I want to know what’s going to happen to Luce and who she’ll end up with. Daniel or Cam?? Hmm Well I really liked Cam in the beginning until he stared getting all creepy and dark at the end. I guess I’ll just have to read the next one to find out more!

Overall, I did expect more out of the book but I still liked it and I’ll give it 4 Stars!

Kindle vrs. Books

I heard great things about the kindles and I was very close to buying one. I know that there very pricey so I'm not sure If its worth it or not. The pros seem pretty good like... getting free books or not wasting gas to run to your nearest book store, plus there much cheaper then a paper back or hard cover book. On the other hand I love sitting down with a book. I love the feel of a book, its texture, turning the pages, and the smell of it I love it all! I also love my book collection theres just something about seeing all of my books and I feel accomplished. I can't do that with a kindle! So I need help . . What are your opinions on the subject.. Do you have a kindle?? If so, how is it and was it worth it? I could really use help . . thanks so much! Think of all the books I could buy with $150! OR I could spend it on a kindle .  . Help!
