Awakened is the eighth book from the House of Night series. I loved this series! I’ve been waiting for this book to come out and once it did I had a hard time getting back into the series. I feel as though Zoey is no longer interesting to me, but I do love her best friend Stevie Ray and her love for the Raven Mocker, Rephaim. I do love this series and also like reading the other view points from the other characters. However, I do not like reading from Neferet’s view point, mainly because she’s an Evil b*itch from ****! Anyways I know this sounds creepy but I kind of like Kalona. . . I know it sounds crazy but there something sexy about him minus the whole killer part of course. I’m looking forward to following Stevie Ray and Rephaim’s relationship in the next book but hopefully there will be more sexytime between them. I hope theres more about them and less of Zoey and Stark. I love Zoey and Stark but I feel like there story has ended. Over all I really enjoyed it and I give it 4 stars! :)

I'll admit, I was a bit disappointed with BURNED... did you like it? I'm all for Zoey & Stark and I didnt like that they were missing from half the book.
